WHAT IS COACHING POWERED BY NEUROSCIENCE?

Coaching powered by neuroscience uses the latest research on how the brain works to help you think more clearly, make better decisions, and create sustainable change. It focuses on aligning your head, heart, and gut — the three centres that influence how you think, feel, and act.

The WIN (Whole-System Integrated with Neuroscience) model is a strengths-based approach underpinned by positive psychology. It creates a reflective space where you can slow down, explore new perspectives, and build awareness of what supports you and what gets in your way.

Through this process, you develop practical insights and strategies that help you respond — rather than react — to challenges in both your personal and professional life.

WHAT ISN’T COACHING — AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM COUNSELLING OR THERAPY?

Coaching isn’t about giving advice or providing ready-made answers. It isn’t a Q&A session or a step-by-step solution. Instead, coaching creates space for reflection, insight, and meaningful conversation. Through listening, thoughtful questions, and agreed actions, a coach helps you uncover your own perspectives and decide the best way forward.

Counselling and therapy, on the other hand, tend to focus more on understanding past experiences, processing deeper emotional challenges, and supporting healing. Coaching may touch on your past, but the focus is primarily on the present and the future — who you want to become and the changes you want to make.

If at any point a conversation moves into an area you’re not comfortable exploring, you can simply let your coach know and we’ll shift the focus. Coaching is always led by what feels safe, useful, and appropriate for you..

ARE SESSIONS CONFIDENTIAL?

Yes. Coaching sessions are completely confidential. As an accredited coach, I follow strict ethical guidelines, which means anything we discuss stays between us unless you choose to share it elsewhere.

Coaching is a space where you can speak openly without judgement or expectation. You can bring your goals, challenges, doubts, frustrations, and ideas — and know they’ll be held with respect, curiosity, and care.

It’s also a collaborative space. Sometimes we explore deeper questions, sometimes we challenge assumptions, and sometimes we simply slow down to reflect. And there’s room for lightness and humour too — coaching doesn’t have to feel heavy to be meaningful.

My aim is to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable enough to explore what really matters to you

WHY IS THERE A clarity call — AND WHAT HAPPENS IN IT?

A clarity call gives us both the chance to get to know each other and see whether we’re the right fit to work together. Coaching is most effective when there’s trust, rapport, and a sense of ease, so this initial conversation is an opportunity to explore that chemistry without any pressure or commitment.

During the session, we talk about what’s brought you to coaching, what you’d like to work on, and what support you feel you might need. You’ll get a sense of my coaching style, and I’ll get an understanding of what’s important to you. You’re welcome to ask any questions about the process, the approach, or what coaching could look like in your situation.

The aim isn’t to make a decision on the spot — it’s simply a relaxed, confidential conversation to see whether coaching feels like a good next step for you right now.

WHY CHOOSE ONLINE COACHING?

Online coaching offers flexibility and convenience, allowing you to fit sessions into your schedule without the need to travel or take extended time away from work. Many clients find that being in a familiar environment helps them feel more relaxed, open, and reflective.

The coaching experience itself is no different — the conversation, confidentiality, depth, and level of support remain exactly the same as in-person sessions. We still create meaningful insights, explore new perspectives, and work through what matters to you.

If you’d like to understand how online coaching could work for you, we can discuss the benefits in a free introductory call..

DO YOU OFFER FACE-TO-FACE OR GROUP COACHING?

Yes. Alongside online coaching, I also offer in-person 1:1 coaching, team coaching, workshops, and group sessions. These can take place on-site at your organisation or at a suitable external venue, depending on your needs.

If you’d like to explore the best format for you or your team, feel free to reach out for a no-obligation discovery chat.

HOW LONG SHOULD I COMMIT TO COACHING?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. The length of a coaching engagement depends on what you want to work on, the pace you prefer, and the depth of change you’re looking for.

Some clients see meaningful shifts within a few sessions, especially when working on a specific goal or challenge. Others choose a longer engagement to support ongoing growth, build new habits, strengthen leadership skills, or navigate periods of transition or change.

What matters most is that the commitment feels useful and sustainable for you. We’ll discuss your goals during the discovery session, explore what kind of support you feel you need, and agree on an approach that fits your circumstances.

There is never pressure to commit beyond what feels right. Coaching works best when the time frame supports your development — not the other way around.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT COACH?

Choosing the right coach is an important decision. The most effective coaching partnerships are built on trust, connection, and a sense of ease — so it’s important that you feel comfortable with the person you choose to work with.

A no-obligation discovery chat is a great place to start. It gives you the chance to get a feel for a coach’s style, ask questions, and share what you’re hoping to work on. You’ll know quickly whether the conversation feels natural and whether the coach creates a space where you feel heard, supported, and respected.

There’s no right or wrong choice — what matters is finding someone you feel you can be open with, who listens well, and who you believe can help you move forward.
