We keep contact form submissions for up to 12 months, or for the duration of your coaching relationship, whichever is longer, unless you request that we delete it sooner.

If you become a coaching client, we may retain limited contact and session information for accounting and legal purposes, as required under Irish law.

Your data is stored securely through our website provider and form software (WPForms).
We use standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure passwords, and restricted admin access.

Email correspondence may be stored in Eoin’s secure Gmail or other encrypted email account.

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete your data
  • Withdraw consent for us to contact you
